The Incredible Evolution on Mass Media By Xochitl Alfaro-Mendoza
Fire Signals The North American Indians used this fire smog signal to communicate with others and alert people when they were in danger.
Pigeon Messenger In 1870-1871 pigeons were used to carry out messages to people who lived at a long distance. Someone who used this pigeon messenger was Julio Cesar, he’d send messages.
Mail Carts The mail carts were also used to transport letters or any other messages. The problem with this was that these carts were always stopped by people that wanted to steal the money they carried. This issue interrupted the messages from getting to their distination.
Morse System This system was involved with sounds making it easier to send and receive messages, the only people that intervened in this were the sender and receiver.
Pictograph This was a method of communication. In pictographs they used symbols to convey an idea.
Johannes Gutenberg Thanks to Johannes creation, in actual times we can count on having news papers, magazines and books.
The First News Paper This was the first news paper that was officially published.
The First Computers Invented When the first computer was invented many people felt very enthusiastic with this invention.
The New Invention on Computers Throughout the time there has been many different changes in technology from having the big heavy computers now we have the ability to carry around our computers.
iPhones 4G This iPhone has been able to satisfy the necessities of people, but this does not end now. The technology will constantly have advances!
In conclusion…. With this images I am trying to explain the evolution on communication in actual time. Without satellites none of this would have been able to be used.
