All qualified candidates shall be determined by the Electoral Committee.
Should there be only one candidate, he/she should get sixty percent (60%) of the vote in order to win.
Should there be two or more candidates, a candidate must get a majority of votes in order to win. 
Rules For the election to be valid, a quorum of two-thirds of the total voting members must be obtained. All inquiries and complaints regarding the election should be addressed to the chairman of the Electoral Committee.

Head of Productions Roles In a nutshell, HoP handles all non-musical aspects of Performance Pieces Costume Production Staff Merchandise & Inventory Instruments & Props ConCom

Be in charge of necessary repairs of ACGC owned equipment, merchandise (except singing member’s paraphernalia), etc.,[object Object]
Sale and safekeeping of ACGC merchandise (CD’s, programs, etc.) in performances and in the ACGC organization room as well as the security of ACGC non-performance paraphernalia (posters, trophies, display materials, etc.)
Responsible for the non-musical aspect of self-produced concerts and performances.

VP for Finance Be the official representative of the Glee Club in business transactions outside the Ateneo. Prepare the necessary contracts required by those business transactions. Be an authorized secondary signatory for disbursements, checks, or business documents. Make a monthly financial report to the Executive Committee.
VP for Finance Give financial reports to the General Assembly at the end of every quarter. Submit an annual financial report to the Vice-president for External Affairs. Make a ledger of all accounts so as to make known the financial situation of the Glee Club. Be responsible for semestral (i.e., membership fees) and other collections within the Glee Club.
VP for Personnel ROLES  Ensure discipline within the organization  Ensure coherence to ACGC rules, regulations and standard protocol.  Serve as the liaison between the MusiCom, the ExeCom and the members  Keep track of the growth of members (character, academic, etc.)
VP for Personnel ROLES Be in charge of the recruitment, auditions, and interviews of all applicants. Supervise all activities designed to familiarize, unite, and keep all members active. Keep an overall record of the singing members’ attendance during rehearsals, general assemblies, performances, and other activities.
VP for Personnel ROUTINE TASKS  Send regular text/email updates to members and MusiCom regarding rehearsals, engagements and special events (workshops, etc.)  Coordinate with EVP for engagements  Create a cast for engagements and forward to MusiCom for approval  Check attendance during rehearsals and engagements Ensure that members wear CORRECT costumes (with EVP)  Organize carpools for engagements, if possible
VP for Personnel TIPS  Be FIRM yet UNDERSTANDING. PATIENCE is a virtue!  You have to WANT to be VPP or AVP! Otherwise, the job will seem very burdensome.  Outgoingness. You have to be able to relate with all sorts of personalities!  Quick “reflexes” – Sometimes things happen when you least expect them to. BE READY for anything!  Emotionally-stable. It can get crazy at times! :)
VP for Personnel You get to deal with everyone in the GC; you’ll discover a lot about each one, what makes them tick and what puts them off. You’ll discover more about YOURSELF through intensively learning from 35+ unique personalities! Being VPP is like being a friend, big brother/sister and boss all at the same time! :D
VP for Personnel It’s not all fun and games… But the personal experience is priceless. 
Technical Qualifications Be a full-time student of the University who has attained a cumulative Q.P.I. of at least 2.5. Have at least two semesters of residence in the Glee Club as singing member prior to his incumbency. Never have been on academic probation or received any disciplinary charge.
Additional Qualifications (VPF) Proficient in numbers and spreadsheets Background in accounting and finance is a plus (but not a requirement) Undying love for the ACGC
VP for External Affairs General Roles Handle all external communications (within the Ateneo and outside)  Assist the President Pre-engagement: Arrange ALL engagement details (financial, musical and other concerns) Inform necessary people (eg. MusiCom, ExeCom, OSA) Always CC! Update the client constantly
VP for External Affairs During the Engagement Time keeper Coordinate with the client Post-engagement Claim honorarium, freebies, etc. Thank client!
VP for External Affairs Routine Tasks Waiver forms (1st and 2nd semester) Client Database and Engagement List Engagement Bulletin (every last week of the month) Make calls and send emails Draft MOAs and attend meetings
Tips Know what to say and how to say it “Beggars can't be choosers” BUT “Set a standard” You should be the one to say NO, not the client Love the job
President Calls and presides all general assemblies. Create ad hoc committees and appoint their chairmen. Delegate work and supervise the implementation of projects among the various ad hoc committees. Be an ex officio member of all ad hoc committees.
President Certify all Glee Club documents.  Be the official spokesperson of the Glee Club. Be the principal signatory for all disbursements, checks, or business documents. Appoint members to the Electoral Committee.
