• Vrijwel ieder bedrijfsproces is tegenwoordig afhankelijk van goede data
• Primair: planning; voorraadbeheer; dossier; agenda
• Secundair: administratief, sturing, compliance, kwaliteitsbewaking
Inzicht
• Enige unieke bron van inzicht in je eigen processen en bedrijfsvoering
• Inzicht wordt ontleend aan de data; niet aan systemen
• Dit soort data en daaraan af te leiden inzichten zijn per definitie niet te
