Through Rough Times
During times of extreme stress is when all of your various weaknesses, armor kinks, and insecurities
will rise to the top. It's safe to say some people will react in ways that are not so impressive and they
won't know why. Our psychological conditioning manifests in ways that are disguised.
People repeat the same behaviors again and again because of this type of conditioning. Simple but
powerful ways to deal with extreme stress are presented in this article. No psychological counseling

Bodily changes will manifest as a result of extreme stress that you experience on a regular basis.
This is the well-known automatic fight or flight response. When this happens, powerful chemicals are
released that prepare you to fight for your life in some way. You need to pay attention to your
breathing. This can help you stay as calm as possible. When this occurs, your breathing will become
much more shallow than it normally is. If you stress out, people will tell you to take deep breaths.
There is a reason for this. You might pass out from hyperventilating if you continue to take shallow
breaths rapidly. You need to slow down and take deeper breaths instead. Deep breathing always
helps you think more clearly and relax. Whatever is happening in front of you, regardless of the
situation, you need to deal with it. You can cause personal and emotional damage to yourself by
keeping these latent feelings inside of you. You need to deal with them because if you don't, it can
bring you great harm. The way that you deal with this feelings and emotions has to do with your
personal psychology to some degree. People who experience sudden and extreme stress can
sometimes get caught-up in a mental loop. People can believe what is happening to them, and they
obsess over what is occurring every day. They can't accept what is right before them, nor can they
get over what has occurred. Instead of being ruled by your emotions, you need to accept what has
happened so you can move on.
Millions of people suffer every day at the hands of another person in their life who's causing extreme
stress. For the most part, drugs and alcohol tend to be contributors to these difficulties. Those that
abuse these substances are usually unable to rationalize their way out of these situations. Decisions
like these are not easily made, especially by people that have had these problems for years. They
might say they can do it, but they can't. Protecting yourself and others may be something that you
will have to do. Keeping your stress levels down is what you need to do to handle these situations.
Do all you can to avoid the source of stress and maintain what you know to be a normal life.
Every situation presents a unique problem that must be solved. The weaknesses and strengths that
we have will help us make the right decisions. Here's what you need to do. And don't worry, things
will work out. You have every reason in the world to be prepared at least in your mind. You just need
to have this information ready to access, so when something happens, can be strong, and not feel
challenged.
