Op basis van informatie vanuit gebouwbeheersystemen, sensoren en
smartphones kunnen opdrachten voor onderhoud, keuringen en
inspecties volledig geautomatiseerd verstuurd worden naar
aangesloten servicepartijen. Opdrachtverstrekkingen, communicatie,
monitoring en betalingen kunnen plaatsvinden op basis van regels en
voorwaarden, vastgelegd in het smart contract op de blockchain. Dit
biedt mogelijkheden om realtime in control te blijven met betrekking
tot de technische performance van een gebouw, de beheerskosten te
verlagen en de huurderstevredenheid te verhogen.
