Wayne Barthule is an outstanding individual with a high level of integrity and passion for all that he is involved in. His intelligence and enthusiasm to conduct himself with principle and honesty amazed the author within days of meeting him. As a former professional baseball player and current contractor for Puget Sound Energy working with emergency response teams, the author has seen many lack integrity when faced with difficulties, but finds Wayne to be simply a fine young man with the same commitment to honor and integrity as first responders.

It is a genuine honor and privilege for me to take a moment and reference a few attributes
that I have noticed in Wayne Barthule over the past year.
Wayne is an outstanding individual, with, what I would consider an extremely high level
of integrity and ardor for all that he is involved in. His intelligence and fervor to bear
himself with principle and veracity amazed me within just a few days of meeting him.
As a former professional baseball player I have watched many teammates, and fellow
players, dismantle themselves when faced with arduous situations, due to frail traces of
integrity.
At this present time, I have worked nearly ten years as a contractor for Puget Sound
Energy, mainly in emergency response involving natural gas leaks and explosions. I
have worked side by side with some of the finest men and women of our local fire and
police departments, all who share the same commitment to honor and integrity as Wayne.
He is just simply a fine young man.
