Story line – Basic ideas! Notes
Intro
- girl and boy are in a relationship, things don’t plan out like how they wanted too
- boy wants no more to do with her
- girl tries anything to get him back
- girl uses ‘I’m pregnant’ to persuade him
- The boy still doesn’t show no empathy and ‘(pushes her away)?’
- Girl then sobs and reflects in her room.
- She then has enough of grieving and has a gasp of refection over the situation
- Windows open, cold settings, camera low angle shot to make her seem venerable
- A Bang of some sort maybe a glass smashing, makes her look instantly
- She looks around the room to see what it was
- Looks at the mirror
- Mirror has something written on it
- As she looks at it then rubs her eyes in shock
- Camera goes back to the mirror writings gone.
Next clip going into the fast past cuts of the film
- We can have the girl talking over while the mirror scene is taking place. As she rubs her eyes
the clips turns into a sudden blackout , she can then say ‘this is where it all began’
- We can now have all the sudden clips and scenes of what will happen throughout the film
TAKE OUT ANYTHING YOU DON’T SEEM TO GET YOUR HEAD AROUND AND INSERT POSSIBLE IDEAS!
After watching a few horror trailers the common things that are noticeable is the fact that the 0-26
second mark is life before anything happens. For OUR trailer we should use these 0-26 seconds to
show the boy and girl how they were together. For example

After this period we should have a sudden clip showing the ‘break up’
We can then move on to showing her life after the break up. Include isolation, how she deals with it,
basically the process of her turning insane (crazy). She buys antiques? (To help her in the intense
period of the break up) – we can use this object to show why she’s gone crazy?
We can then go into the bedroom scene as stated above ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Now we can jump into the quick clips!! And show how the antiques change her and make her do
unhuman things??
