day without nap, then sleep for an hour the most in the afternoon.
4. Fix your biological clock by having regular sleep and wake up timing. Set yourself in a
bedtime routine. When your sleep cycle has a regular rhythm, you can fall asleep better.
5. Exercise regularly in the morning to attain optimal health. Do not exercise close to bedtime
as your body needs time to wind down.
6. Take hot bath, listen to relaxing music, read something soothing or half an hour, deep
breathing exercises can help the body to relax and calm the mind. This will help the body in
falling asleep.
7. Maintain a comfortable and peaceful environment. During bedtime, Eliminate as much light
as possible and make sure that you are comfortable with the room temperature – not too hot
or too cool.
8. Sleep only when you are sleepy. If you cannot fall asleep within half an hour, just get up of
bed and do some reading or something relaxing until you feel sleepy.
