Housing Department services starts since arrival of the new employee
welcoming, reception, and accommodate them and provide all necessary needs
for them, proceeding to programmed renovation and development to maintain
all housing units and facilities in good condition to keep the high quality
performance.
Housing Department is committed to follow the international housing standard
requirements such as: Layouts and Design, Living Space, Toilet Facilities,
Layout and means of escape, Fire Safety, Fire Fighting Equipment, Electrical
Safety, Housekeeping, Instructions and supervision.
Housing Department deeply understands the rights of living in decent places.
Housing Department is a specialized service department that provides
professional accommodation services in compliance with local and international
standards.
2. Our standards start from building compliance
dormitories, to handling professional operational services related to workers
safety, hygiene, environment, and comfort.
Our services are presented through legal contracts that states clearly for spaces
of dorm/room and their standard capacities, according to drawings and scopes
of work.
Housing Department holds records of proven safety measures and compliance
standards according to well-known list of American evaluation agencies.
Housing Department provides packages of services through a professional
department of a Manager, 1 oriented hotel supervisor, foreman, 2 team leaders,
35 cleaners, and team of technicians.

Services and Operations
Housing Department provides residents (workers) with the following
facilities and services:
-Furniture (bed, locker, matters, blanket, and pillow) on arrival and when
requested.
-House keeping daily.
-24 hours supervision and maintenance crews.
-Pest control services (every 2 months and when required).
-Safety requirements, maintenance and refill (when needed).
-Programmed painting jobs inside/outside (every 5 months)
-Programmed building renovation (every 5 months for each building).
-Gardening.
-One security point (24 hours) for the central dormitories area.
