3. Flepu hardworkers started of in Jan 2003, with 12 workers.
As time went past in 2005,I decided to add more workers a total of 24.
As years went by I did all the necessary training that was expected of
me.

8. I can say with great pleasure that the company has grown up to this
year. We have 30 employees currently working for Flepu
Hardworkers. All employees also went for the necessary training
that was required.
9. Currently we have 2 drivers, 5 health and safety committee
members, 4 first aiders, 2 health and safety representatives, 2
safety investigation officers, 2 chain saw operators, also an admin
lady.
10. Our mission is to provide a safe and healthy environment for all
workers. Workers must receive adequate training in their specific
work task.
11. We recognize that the responsibility for our company are shared. All
employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents
within our facilities and our work.
