The digital strategy created by me at Royal Caribbean and its execution in my leadership was appreciated in a global study L2 Digital IQ Index and reported on Tnooz (a well-known website). It was ranked #13 ahead of industry leaders e.g. Sheraton (#17), Marriott (#18), United Airlines (#21), Virgin Atlantic (#24), US Airways (#28), Air Canada (#34), Walt Disney World Resorts (#41) and Air China (#83) etc.
