Editor's Notes
Closed crowd of 300 editors and translators who can use a self serve system called Viva. Being served un-edited and un-translated loans. System assigns the loans in order of priority...Kiva's most urgent work gets fulfilled in terms of loan review.( aka first in first out.) If partner is over their fundraising limit, then that loan gets de-prioritized till next month. Innovative system for managing and translating editing work. Can use anytime / day or night. They are trusted to do everything that needs to be done with that loan before it goes live for fundraising.
