2. History and development
DINGLI Brand is start with concrete poles, after 50 years hard working, now we are a company group, which could make design, engineering,
manufacturing and construction job for the transmission line and substation, we are becoming bigger, however still take concrete pole
business as one of our key business. Now we have four factories totally built by our self, we have optimized the process based on our 50 years
working experience, meanwhile, we have designed and proceed several concrete poles factories in overseas market. Our new factory, HUADING
factory, is designed according to the top standard in the current market and are able to produce all kind of products request in the international
market, it bring us to a new success in concrete pole business, no matter the quality control process, the production efficiency, and the automatic
control level.
In last 50 years, we have produced more than 4 million pcs of concrete poles, but this is not the end, we hope, we could produce more and poles
and build more production lines for the world market, and will working hard for rural and urban power net work

4. Production Capacity and Simple Introduction
XIPING main factory, built in year of 1966, after six time technical improvement and upgrading, now the yearly capacity is 80000 pcs per
year, available for all kind of spec in Chinese market, also be able to produce based on international standard.
XIPING new factory, built in the beginning year 2016, and now in mass production, designed capacity of 80000 pcs per year, specially for
large bending concrete poles, high voltage level products and overseas market. High level automatic control process, 80% of manufacturing
process with automatic and digital control.
COMBODIA PHNOM PENH factory, built in the middle of 2010 and mass production in early of 2011, designed capacity with 36000 pcs,
mainly produce low voltage used concrete poles for rural power grid.
XINJIANG RUOQIANG factory, built in beginning of 2008 and mass production in end of 2008, designed yearly capacity of 80000 pcs, mainly
used for urban power grid and long distance rural power grid, also delivery to Tajikistan Power Grid.
SENEGAL DAKER factory, invested by local EPC company, YULIN POWER CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. Mass production in 2012, designed
yearly capacity of 22000 pcs, mainly used for urban power grid.
ETHIOPIA BAHDAR factory, invested by local power consultant company, designed yearly capacity 100000 pcs, high automatic control
design, still in construction.
5. What is our advantage - Skeleton forming process
The Skeleton forming process is finished by rolling automatic welding system which the process has been improved based
on our experience and compared to the traditional way we could save 8 workers , and also the efficiency and yield rate has
been improved a lot.
6. What is our advantage - Centrifugal molding process
The centrifugal machine is controlled by smart computer system, and all the process would be input into the system before
producing, in this case, one worker could manager three different machines at one time.
7. What is our advantage - Bridge Crane
We use special designed Crane with automatic holding system, in this case it will highly increased the working efficiency
when we transfer the parts to different working platforms. Meanwhile, it will make sure the worker are safe in this
production line for they don’t need to go inside into the centrifugal machine area and the steam curing area.
8. What is our advantage - Mobile material baiting platform
Dingli own designed system, the baiting platform could optimize the production process into the best status. It could work
for three production lines at the same time.
