JANI GODE is a Senior Consultant with SightSpan‚ Inc. specializing in development of AML Programs and
conducting AML Reviews for Money Services Businesses‚ with a special emphasis on assisting companies
in the prepaid card industry. Jani also serves on the Government Relations Working Group (GRWG) for
the NBPCA and is on the Advisory Board of the Association of Money Services Compliance Officers
(AMSCO). Ms. Gode has over a decade of experience working in risk management and AML for prepaid‚
credit‚ MSBs and traditional bank products. Her experience includes building AML programs‚ managing
risk assessments and the creation and execution of risk programs. Additionally she has facilitated agent
training for prepaid‚ credit‚ privately held ATMs‚ bill pay and traditional banking products. Prior to
joining SightSpan‚ Ms. Gode was the Vice President and BSA/AML Officer for MetaBank and Meta
Payment Systems where she led enterprise-wide AML compliance. Ms. Gode is a certified member
(CAMS®) of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
