What    T   A   T   is all about:

           • To provide you deeper understanding
           of your personality, which will enable
           you to develop and discover new talents.

           • To challenge your traditional way
           towards facilitation/training. Trying to
           explore together a newer approach
           towards facilitation

           • To provide you additional Tips and
           tricks and innovative ideas for leading a
           session. Because we believe :

           “Not every difficult and dangerous
           thing is suitable for training, but only
           that which is conducive to success in
           achieving the object of our effort”.

•   To provide you deeper understanding of your personality, which will enable you to develop

                      facilitation experience
                      (TtT, National seminars, LAS
                      ecc.)

                      •You are eager to learn, even
                      about themselves.

                      •You look for additional
                      awareness about leading and/or
                      Facilitation/Training.

•Learn newer approaches towards Facilitation/Public speaking
•Challenge your current ways of Facilitation
•Learn from other people experiences
•Be more aware of your own personality
•Enjoy and socialize
•Receive constructive feedback from peers and facilitators
How I can attend the T     A   T



•Fill in the sign-up form. Please Pay
close attention to personality
questions. It will help us to make the
sessions better. (Sign-up deadline 24th
Feb 2012)

•Receive a confirmation mail few days
after, confirming that you have been
accepted as a delegate.

•Pay the sign-up fee (Details will be
provided later, Approximate sign-up
fee 35-40 euros)

•In case of sign-up cancellation 50% of
the sign-up will be returned
