- 9. Assigning Roles OR in the “Course Menu Block” Click on “Control Panel” In the “Administration Block”. either Click on Assign roles Then go to Slide No 9 Then go to the next slide 1 1

- 11. Assigning Roles Click on “User Management” 1
- 12. Assigning Roles This window opens Now click on “Assign Roles” 1
- 13. Assigning Roles This window opens Now click below on the role you would like to assign 1
- 14. Assigning Roles To add or withdraw students, click on the word "student" in blue in the roles column... You can see that 45 students are currently enrolled to this course 1
- 15. Assigning Roles Click on “Remove” and the person will be removed from its role in the course To withdraw a student or person from a given role, you need to highlight their name 1 2
- 16. Assigning Roles Click on “Search” To add a student or person in a given role, you type their name here When nobody is assigned in the role yet, the window looks like this. 1 2
- 17. Assigning Roles Click on “Add” Highlight their name 1 2
- 18. Assigning Roles Their name has now appeared. Repeat the process to add more students 1
