INTRODUCTION
Human resources is the set of individuals who make up the work force of an
organization, business sector, or economy, “Human capital” is sometimes used
synonymously with human resources, although human capital typically refers to
more narrow view.
A Research center is a facility or building dedicated to
research, commonly with the focus on a specific area. There over 14000
research centers in the United States. Centers apply varied disciplines including
basic research and applied research in addition to non traditional techniques.

centers are very essentials to the development of a country and people.
New inventions and modern techniques are contributed by the research
centers. In India, the contributions of research centers are very high.
Research centers made contributions to the field of agriculture, industry,
education, science, administration, etc. international standard research
centers are found different parts of our country.
Research centers are very essential for the growth and
development of human society.

Research centre’s place a crucial role in the development of
modern world. In India green revolution was assisted by the new
seeds discovered by Manila Rice Institute and Mexican
Research Institute
Indian industrial sector also assisted by
various research centers among world . Large no: of iron and steel
industry functioning India with the help of various research institute .
Educationalsector in india also get assistance from these research
centers so we can says that research centers played a vital role in
development process of countries .
