Dr.:- I m in this field 4 years. 
Me:-sir, you are successful contributor in your 
field. How do take your work? 
A)As a goal? B) As a mission? C) As a 
challenge?

 
Me:-sir, according to you, what are the qualities 
to become a successful employ? 
Dr.:-hard work in your field , consistency, 
patience these are the key factor to 
become a successful employ.
 
Me:- during successful career, you might have faced 
some challenge, how do you take it ? 
as an opportunities or as hurdle?

Me:-according to you, what is a job satisfaction?

reward? 
Dr.:- I belive that my work is my reward so I 
am not believe in reward.
