1. Choose a company/firm preferably a MNC (not mandatory) with a turnover of 500
crores or more, employing 500 people or more
2. Explain at least two (even more) ethical dilemma the firm faces. It may cover issues in
marketing, HR, finance, operations, acquisitions, expansions or anything pertinent to
business decisions
3.

Explain the anatomy of the dilemma, people involved and the choices they have

4.

Having picked the dilemma write your views and decision that you would have taken

5.

Substantiate your project with suitable ethical theories and provide recommendations

6. The project should not exceed 10 A4 size papers of which the company history and its
business details not exceeding 1 page. You will be awarded on your analysis of the decision
dilemma involved and its possible outcomes linking it to the theory will brighten you
prospects of scoring more.
7. The assignments are to be submitted in soft copy to the undersigned’s official email id
on or before 9th session of the course. No extension of the dates will be allowed for
whatever reasons.
