Board Development Exercise:
1. Take a few minutes to fill out who is on your board and what their roles are. If
you do not have a formal board then identify the individual you believe have final
oversight over what you do.
2. Identify specific actions you need to take in order to facilitate development of a
board that will have more impact.
3. If you are currently a board member, identify other board members, and your key
staff with their roles. Continue with identifying specific actions to take that will
develop their effectiveness.
