4.  Patient was well 4 months back. On going to
bed he used to feel palpitation and difficulty to
fall asleep. He also started feeling heaviness of
head.
 He used to take pain killers but eventually that
didn’t help either. He is on allopathic medicine
but complaints were not relieved.
