This document presents a happiness test to measure one's Be Happy Index (BHI) score. The test consists of 11 questions that assess different life domains like self, relationships, work, attitude, and health. Each question is scored 2-10 points depending on the response. Adding all the points gives the total BHI score. Scores between 84-100 signify one is answering life's call to joy, while lower scores may mean one needs to improve self-care, shift perspectives, or develop more gratitude to increase happiness. Developing awareness, acceptance, gratitude, laughter and smiling are recommended to boost one's BHI.
