8. POWER DRIBBLING
To begin this drill you want to begin with your right
hand and power dribble (a power dribble is when you
dribble the basketball as hard as you can) for 30
seconds and then soft dribble (a soft dribble is when
you dribble the basketball like you normally would) for
20 seconds.
Do this again with your left hand. Make sure to do two
sets with both hands. This drill helps get your muscles
comfortable with dribbling the ball at different speeds.

9. OVERHEAD DRIBBLE
To perform this drill you need to dribble the basketball
as hard as you can.
You want to dribble the ball up to your head.
So your hand should reach as high as your head when
you're dribbling.
Do two sets of 20 with your right hand and then two
sets of 20 with your left hand.

10. BETWEEN THE LEGS DRIBBLE
In this drill you will need to bend your knees slightly as
you dribble the ball between your legs.
You will do this 20 times with each hand.
So you can start with your right hand and dribble the
basketball between your left leg and into your left
hand and then repeat it 20 times.
Then you use your left hand and dribble the basketball
between your right leg and into your right hand and
repeat it 20 times.
