The Engagement Evaluation is a tool designed to gauge the "pulse" of an organization. It supports company-wide initiatives, tackles internal and external employee related issues, and provides a safe-space for transparency. The initial
evaluation enables us to assess problematic and unforeseen challenges within departments, among teams and areas related to work culture, leadership, and management. The evaluation is comprised of 40 questions and takes six minutes to complete. Find out how your employees really feel about their job and get the feedback you need to keep them happy!

Our
Philosophy
Training and Evaluation practices
and procedures used by Tiana
Sanchez International
Tiana Sanchez International truly cares
about leaving a positive impact. Research
studies show that disengagement is a
prominent factor in turnover and low
productivity. To address this issue, we
periodically evaluate staff engagement to
keep leaders in the know and employees
happy!
If critical "negative" behaviors are
identified that could hinder the success of
the organization, it is communicated
immediately to mitigate any future
hinderances.
In this report, we will review the "what," the
"why," and the "how" of conducting an
engagement evaluation through our
company and the value that it will bring to
your organization.
3. The "What"
The Engagement Evaluation is a tool designed to gauge the "pulse" of an
organization. It supports company-wide initiatives, tackles internal and external
employee related issues, and provides a safe-space for transparency. The initial
evaluation enables us to assess problematic and unforeseen challenges within
departments, among teams and areas related to work culture, leadership, and
management. The evaluation is comprised of 40 questions and takes six
minutes to complete. Find out how your employees really feel about their job
and get the feedback you need to keep them happy!
The "Why"
The Bureau of Labor and Statistics reports an impressive increase in hiring.
While we are making strides in employment and reporting impressive gains, a
number of organizations are experiencing losses of a different nature. Employers
today are making withdrawals from an inactive account. Imagine, going to an
ATM expecting to withdraw $100 with a zero balance or worse (but more
accurate) a negative balance. This is the state of workplaces today. Employers
are expecting more but giving less. There is an epidemic of disengaged
employees that seldom have career conversations, are neither praised nor
acknowledged, and far too often lack trust in their leaders. This is a BILLION
dollar problem affecting U.S. companies. We at Tiana Sanchez International are
focused on making a positive impact on the bottom-line.
