5. BCI offers its members a personalized online
database with 24/7 access to projects they have
specified as relevant for their business. Members
are alerted to important new information through
emails.There are two options:
BCI LeadFinder is our efficient solution for smaller firms.
Information is updated continuously and important new
opportunities are directly sent to you via Notifier emails. All
projects have been confirmed in person by one of our in house
researchers.
BCI LeadManager is our top of the line solution for firms with
their own sales team on the ground. In addition to all LeadFinder
features - LeadManager comes with a state of the art CRM
system that allows members to manage and track projects
and companies of interest as well as monitor sales teams
activity.
6. Latest Projects displays a list of projects across all stages, regions and
categories within a members subscription that have been updated or
added since they last logged in. This icon ensures our members do not
miss out on any opportunities that may be relevant to their business.
Project Search is where a member can search for projects within
their subscription. They can run a basic search using criteria such as
region, stage and category or even more advanced searches. Any of
these searches can be saved from this page as well, making it easy
for a member to run their favourite searches.
Project Watchlist shows a list of projects which a member has tagged
as important. This assists our members in staying on top of relevant
projects and tracking their progress as they move along the stages of
construction.
Quoted projects displays a list of projects previously tagged as quoted
by a member. This tool is very useful as it keeps all quotes in one
place and tracks the progress of the project at the same time.
The Follow Ups icon is a CRM feature and displays all members’ follow
ups on a project or company – including today’s, those overdue and
future follow ups. The number in the circle indicates the amount of follow
ups overdue. This feature helps members manage their communication
with clients and projects they are working on, giving them a way to easily
monitor what calls they need to make and what is overdue as well as
what has been completed.
Company Search is where a member can search for companies within
their subscription. They can run a basic search using criteria such as
company name, company role, and category or even more advanced
searches. Any of these searches can be saved from the page as well,
making it easy for a member to run their favourite searches.
Company Watchlist shows a list of companies which a member has
tagged as important. This helps members stay on top of companies of
relevance informing them of when a company has been appointed to
a new project, or when a project a company is working on has been
updated.
