 Equipment leasing - for pre-revenue venture backed startups through IPO
 Growth Capital – for companies with revenue run-rates of $5 million or greater.
Our companies often have venture capital backing but that is not a requirement.
We underwrite to the company, not the sponsors.
Transaction Terms
 $1- 10 million with an average deal of $3.5 million
 3 year fully amortizing notes
 Senior or subordinated to a bank line of credit
 No financial covenants, cash collateral or personal guaranty

2. About Tim O’Loughlin
Tim joined Eastward Capital Partners in April 2010. He has financed over 200 emerging
growth companies and had over 30 IPO’s and large strategic sales. Earlier in his career,
he spent 8 years at Silicon Valley Bank in a variety of senior roles including having board
reporting responsibility for the $1 Billion National Communications and Internet Practice
as the Senior Credit Officer. He was part of the bank’s five person loan committee and
wrote the bank’s lending policy for early stage credit products. After SVB, Tim ran the
East Coast practice for a high yield debt shop, Vencore Capital which provides venture
debt to bootstrapped companies and venture orphans.
