Tisha is a mother of two young boys who is pursuing an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. She has over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages from infants to school age in daycare settings. Her passion is helping children develop and seeing the joy on their faces when accomplishing something for the first time.

- 2. A little about me… • Mother of two young boys, ages 2 and 4. • Huge Criminal Minds fan. • Two dogs, Buster and Uno. • Hobbies: reading James Patterson, playing outside with my boys, and spending time with my whole family.

- 5. Work history… Noah’s Ark Child Development Center, 2002-2010 KinderCare Learning Center, 2010- present
- 6. Experience… Infants 2 year olds, potty-training 3 year olds (Preschool) 4-5 year (Pre-K) School Age (K-5th) I started my career working with 3 year olds, then moved to preparing children for kindergarten. After that, I was an infant caregiver, as well as a summer school age teacher. Currently, I am teaching 2 year olds and working with them on potty training and expanding their development beyond their comfort of being a “baby”.
- 7. My Passion… My passion is children in general. My heart has a special place in it for all children, whether I am related to them, working with them, or see them in the store. There is no greater reward in this world than nurturing, loving, and aiding in the development of young children. When they do something the first time, there expressions and excitement is absolutely priceless. Making a difference in their lives cannot be compared to anything else.
