promote learning and development in the property.

 Co-ordinate external training courses with nominated suppliers.
 Conduct training programmes to employee, supervisory and managerial levels.
 Update learning and development calendar and co-ordinate with L&D team to organize monthly team gatherings.

 Setting up tables, Teppanyaki tables, buffet displays, bar counter, side stations and coffee machines
