Work descriptions:
 Keep track of all the transaction related to company’s Finance status.
 Check the price fluctuation and quality of input materials, stocks in warehouse.
 Make reports: Monthly financial statement (Balance sheet, P/L, Cashflow), and internal
management reports (Sales, Production cost, Salary, receivables, payables, etc).
 Assist manager make the operation planning and budget in next period, and others requested.
 Coordinate directly with accounting, purchasing, production and planning department.

normal entries: payment entries, cash entries and general journal entries as well as special entries:
revenue and costs recognition entries, inventory valuation entries, closed book entry, etc.
 Manage prescribed accounting document and book system.
 Perform other duties as requested by the project’s chief accountant.
V. EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
Leader of Econometrics Department of Students’ group of Finance Research, UEH
 Lead a team of 20 students: make plans and guidelines, allocate duties to each member, control
the operation and solve occurred problems.
 Encourage members take part in researching economics and Student’s Science Study.
 Organize annual seminars and programs where students can practice and apply the theory to
reality, get important skills.
A member of C-Life project, SIFE UEH
 Support disabled people to start their own business.
 A collaborator for SIYB project, DRD, working with disabled people

 Volunteer at “HCM City tops National sports Competition for disabled athletes - 2011”, hold by
