FOR ACCOUNTING SERVICES

accounting services and tax advice in accordance with current provisions of law, performing the
registration of accounting practice in according to the regulation of Finance Ministry and has
been confirmed enough qualifications by the Vietnam Association of Practice Auditing and
Accounting to provide accounting services.

We are pleased to present the content of works that we will do as follows:
I/ THE WORK WE WILL DO
1.Check accounting documents vounchers;
2.Arrange the accouting documents;
3. Accounting entry of economic transactions arising in the accounting software;
4. Prepare the monthly tax reports, quarterly;
5. Prepare quarterly financial reports, annual;
7. Prepare the annual tax settlement;
8. Prepare and print a monthly accounting records as prescribed by law;
9 .Tax consulting, vounchers consulting and business law;
10. Signed name as accountant, chief accountant on the accounting records;
11. Explain to the tax authorities within the scope of work performed;
12. Consultation on labor, wages, social insurance, health insurance.
13. Report the amount of tax payable, the time to pay the taxes incurred.
II/ SERVICE CHARGE
Service charge :
*VND 6.000.000 per month for first 3 month.

III/ OTHER ISSUES
If you are not happy about anything in any aspect of our services, our service charges, please
