(GOLDENSTAR) was established from May 05 in 2009.
2. GOLDENSTAR was founded by masters of economics,
certified auditors, certified public accountants, tax
consulting experts, who have a lot of experience and
practical knowledges in the field of accounting, auditing,
tax consulting, investment consulting, financial consulting.

and controled by the Viet Nam Finance Ministry, and the Viet
Nam Association of Accounting and Auditing.
2. To establish an accouting company in Viet Nam, required at
least two people who have certified public accountants and the
manager of the accounting firm must be an certified public
accountant.
3. After being granted business registration certificate, the
company must register accounting service practice with the
VietNam Association of Accounting and Auditing, certified
public accountants of accounting company must annually attend
knowledge updating for at least 40 hours.
