Concept: I’m going to go out on a limb and say that you pretty much know how to be healthy. You may
have heard that smoking is bad, fast food isn’t great for you and that you should probably use that
wonderful body (move) that you’ve been given. Health is (I will admit) not as interesting as the
psychology of health. Why don’t we do the things we know we should or why do we do the things we
know we shouldn’t???? Now that is a great question…one that we will spend the semester discussing.
