It is essential to come up with ways to resolve this problem, in order to
facilitate the full social integration of the refugees in their host
countries and to allow for multicultural coexistence

• How the local government welcomes and deals with these refugees (if it
helps in the search for employment, residence and language learning);
• The information transmitted to local residents (expose positive or
negative points about the immigrants);
• The news broadcasted by the media;
Sometimes the means of communication and the information transmitted
in the media are distorted and only contain negative aspects on the arrival
of the refugees This type of media behavior negatively influences the
way they are viewed before society.
