and basins, this is done where supplies are set up. taking extra care with medicines used to
thining of blood. record and pass along correct information about patients medicine record.
patient should know about the medicines they are taking and give daily updates on their
administration to their doctors.
3. use alarms safely: make improvements to ensure that alarms on medical equipements are well
heard and responded on time.
