In March 2018, another presidential election took place in the Russian
Federation. For the fourth time Vladimir Putin won the election by a large majority of
votes. Alexei Navalny – an opposition candidate who had been preparing his election
campaign since the end of 2016 – was not allowed to stand in the election. Regardless
of his elimination from the election, Navalny remained an active member of Russian
political life before and after the election; he carried out a boycott of the election,
and organized post-election protests. Without a doubt, despite the ban on running in
the election, Navalny was one of the main figures in the electoral process. Thus, the
aim of this article is a detailed analysis of Navalny’s preparations for the campaign
– the authors focused not only on the candidate’s opposition activity, but also on his
unique measures and methods of running a campaign (Internet, social media, crowdfunding). The article examines the campaign preparations, as well as the reasons for
the rejection of Navalny’s registration as an election candidate, social support index,
relationships with other candidates and the change of strategy after the Central Election Commission’s decision. The analysis is based on Russian law, Central Election
Commission’s decisions, opinion poll results and information from the Russian and
international media.

This report assesses the observance of rights and freedoms on the territory controlled by the government of Ukraine. The human rights platform "Uspishna Varta" has no mandate to operate on the territories of Crimea and Donbass that are not under the control of the government of Ukraine in order to make an objective assessment of the human rights situation on these territories.
This report is based on data obtained by the human rights platform "Uspishna Varta" via conducting detailed interviews with victims and witnesses of human rights violations and infringements, experts and human rights defenders, as well as via carrying out activities to assist in the protection of human rights in documented cases. Among them - the monitoring of trials, advocacy work with the duty bearers on respecting human rights, non-governmental organizations, and the media.

The aim of each print is to draw attention of audience to the topic by comparing Stalin with one of the well-known brands and to provide a definite historical fact of the Big Terror according to this comparison.
An online campaign started on the 2nd of July 2012 - on the day of the 75th anniversary of the Great Terror beginning.
Starting media that initially published this project was a Facebook-group of a well-known Moscow Magazine "Big City"
Several hours later the second part of the campaign was launched: web pages of the well-known editions, such as Snob and "Big city", published special editorial projects devoted to the creation of prints and reflection of opinions of popular social and political figures on the project itself.

Currently the framework conditions for science and technology and innovation (STI) policy have changed significantly in Russia: a system of technology forecasting has been established, which focuses on ensuring the future needs of the manufacturing sector of the national economy. This system was supposed to be the main part of the state strategy planning system which is currently being formed. Over the last decade dozens of science and technology forward-looking projects have been implemented, among which 3 cycles of long-term S&T Foresight stand out prominently. The Foresight was developed by the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The development of the 3rd cycle of long-term Foresight includes both normative ("market pull") and research ("technology push") approaches. The project involved more than 2,000 experts and more than 200 organizations. Within the project a network of six sectoral Foresight centers was created on the basis of leading universities. The article describes the most important issues of future studies in Russia and presents the principles which formed the basis for the long-term science and technology (S&T) Foresight until 2030. The authors explore its position in the national technology Foresight system and the possibilities for the implementation of its results by the key stakeholders of the national innovation system and on the level of STI policy. Eventually Russian experience could be fairly interesting and useful for many other countries with similar socio-economic features and barrier

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Conclusion
• The author of the present article has found out that the
thematic repertoireof public page media is very diverse;
• In the process of analysis, we identified the most common
types of visual public page content;
• Visual content is balanced with the verbal, while there is no
hypertrophy of the aesthetic function of visualization (the
design of the public page is rather minimalistic and strict),
even the infographics applied is simple and sketchy;
• However, the emotional restraint of visual content is
compensated by the user component thanks to comments.
There is a significant diversity of emotionally loaded
content: demotivators, stickers, emoji, smiles, etc.
