TechXact offers an educational training program for data center professionals consisting of multiple courses. The first course is DCIS which provides foundational knowledge on infrastructure, compliance and standards. Participants then choose either a management or expert track, completing DCOS or DCES. The final course, DCTP, prepares individuals to become a DCE or DCM. Those professionals can then pursue the 11-day DCA certification course which provides a multi-level curriculum on various data center topics to become a Data Center Authority.

on the ladder elevation scheme. Applicants of all
backgrounds first start through the DCIS course,
where they gather knowledge on data center
infrastructure, compliance and standards. After
that, they will take either management route

It is a 11 day certification course, specially aimed for those professionals who posses authoritative
potentials. Experts with the necessary knowhow and opportunity would like to become the subject
matter authorities in the specific data center arena. The individuals will be taken through multi-
level of foundation, concept, principle, theory, physics, strategy, management, engineering and
design, technology and selection to complete the required course work to become a DCA.
