Concerning Mr. Troy Deason, I am writing this letter in order to recommend Mr. Deason for
employment with your organization. I originally met Mr. Deason in 1988 at which time we both were
employed by the W.W. Henry Company. Per my request, Mr. Deason transferred to my department on
or around 1990 and worked directly for me until 1996. I requested Mr. Deason’s transfer to my Sales
Department due to his dedication, self-motivation and outstanding relationship with our valued
customers.
Mr. Deason’s responsibilities included servicing selected accounts, translating technical and other vital
information into Spanish, generating and analyzing sales data for our organizations Sales and Marketing
Departments. I personally nominated Mr. Deason for several awards including a Special Award for
Outstanding Achievement and Manger’s Award for Excellence.
In addition, I was and have been extremely impressed with his dedication and devotion to his wife and
family. His moral values are second to none, and Mr. Deason will make an outstanding employee for
