I started my career in the flooring industry as a tile installer, and
through the next 11 years I worked my way up to a management
position. It was these years of experience that gave me the
knowledge and experience that I needed to start my own store.
In February of 2002, along with my father-in-law, Jim Hendron,
we opened Highlands Floor Coverings. I take pride in the fact
that I am a hands-on owner who will personally make sure that
your experience here will be a great one. I invite you to come

I started in the flooring industry as a regional manager for a large
construction company in southern California. I eventually moved
on and started my own construction company. My vast
knowledge in the construction industry has provided me with a
great understanding of the flooring industry. As the installation
manager I will be there before, during, and after the job to insure
each and every customer receives the quality job they deserve.
Tamra Gibson
Flooring and Design Consultant
I have been in sales for over sixteen years and have an Associate’s
Degree in Interior Design. My background is in real estate, flipping
homes and marketing properties. My passion is working with
people to help make their home become their dream home.
Noel Brockett
Office and Showroom Associate
Here at Highlands Floor Coverings, I am dedicated to helping our
customers in any way that I can. From assisting in the product
selection process through ordering the products, handling billing,
filing warranty claims—I’m here for you. I love to make sure that
the best level of service is given to each and every person who
walks into our showroom. I’m always available to answer
questions or address any concerns that you may have in regards
to your flooring.
