The Carriers Connection
“Tandem in the Cloud "®

                          1
Tandem Transit LLC.

Tandem Transit LLC. Headquartered in New York, was founded in
                2008.
Tandem Transit is fast becoming the peering company of choice
for many telecommunication carriers to exchange off-net traffic
                to other non-RBOC carriers.
We simply help Carriers reduce network costs and reduce the
need to rely on the RBOC as their sole transit provider. As
Carriers continue to search for ways to improve their bottom line
and leverage new technologies, Tandem Transit will be the
alternative Tandem to allow all Carriers to exchange any bilateral
voice traffic over an all IP network.
Tandem Transit also provides Local Origination services, ask your
                sales representative for more information.

                                                                                     2
Our objective; Tandem in the Cloud. ™

By being one of the “first-to-market” an all voice over IP “transit” business, we have built significant scale for carrier
interconnections and reduce their reliance on access to public switched telephone networks. We provide services in US
markets and are an integral part of many of our customers’ networks, gaining significant industry knowledge of how they
manage and engineer interconnections. We are launching in 2011 a global tandem solution.

                                                                                                        IP-to-IP
We support the following traffic with appropriate
                                                                                                       IP-to-TDM
protocol conversion and gateway functionality: TDM-to-IP
Our services allow competitive local carriers to exchange traffic between their networks without using an RBOC tandem or
establishing direct TDM connections. Each Carrier that peers with us is granted access to all other competitive carriers’
connected to our network. All carriers are provided 100% billable CDRs for Carrier Access Billing, We have improved
 industry standards on CABS.

Our network is scalable, and allows us to connect to one access point (OCN) on competitive local carrier networks or all
nodes within their network. We continuously publish OCNs/LRNs reports to increase routing options for all carriers joining
 the Tandem Cloud.

Competitive Tandem providers also choose Tandem Transit to complete routes unavailable on their networks.

                                                                                                                              3

Tandemtransitweb

  • 2. Tandem Transit LLC. Tandem Transit LLC. Headquartered in New York, was founded in 2008. Tandem Transit is fast becoming the peering company of choice for many telecommunication carriers to exchange off-net traffic to other non-RBOC carriers. We simply help Carriers reduce network costs and reduce the need to rely on the RBOC as their sole transit provider. As Carriers continue to search for ways to improve their bottom line and leverage new technologies, Tandem Transit will be the alternative Tandem to allow all Carriers to exchange any bilateral voice traffic over an all IP network. Tandem Transit also provides Local Origination services, ask your sales representative for more information. 2
  • 3. Our objective; Tandem in the Cloud. ™ By being one of the “first-to-market” an all voice over IP “transit” business, we have built significant scale for carrier interconnections and reduce their reliance on access to public switched telephone networks. We provide services in US markets and are an integral part of many of our customers’ networks, gaining significant industry knowledge of how they manage and engineer interconnections. We are launching in 2011 a global tandem solution. IP-to-IP We support the following traffic with appropriate IP-to-TDM protocol conversion and gateway functionality: TDM-to-IP Our services allow competitive local carriers to exchange traffic between their networks without using an RBOC tandem or establishing direct TDM connections. Each Carrier that peers with us is granted access to all other competitive carriers’ connected to our network. All carriers are provided 100% billable CDRs for Carrier Access Billing, We have improved industry standards on CABS. Our network is scalable, and allows us to connect to one access point (OCN) on competitive local carrier networks or all nodes within their network. We continuously publish OCNs/LRNs reports to increase routing options for all carriers joining the Tandem Cloud. Competitive Tandem providers also choose Tandem Transit to complete routes unavailable on their networks. 3
