earlier to US$11 billion 2011, accounting for 5% of the nation's GDP.
The contact center industry was particularly vibrant, generating
revenues of $7.4 billion, the highest revenue of any country in the
world, surpassing even India. The Philippines is also becoming a center
for global shared services in the banking, insurance, energy,
engineering, and other industries.

• Franchising is a method of marketing and distributing
products and services. Virtually one out of every $7.00
spent by Americans for goods and services is spent
with a franchise operation.
• Franchised businesses today operate in more than
100 lines of goods and services, including health-care
and fitness centers, employment agencies, hotels and
motels, quick service restaurants, packing and
shipping stores, logistics, real estate, automotive
shops and many retail business , but not in call

Please note
•These figures are calculated on net profits of the company based on a ppp, pay per
performance accounts or campaigns. Other progression commission scale is available on
hourly rate campaigns too.
•Affiliates are paid 50% within 1 month the balance is paid within maximum 90 days
because on some PPP accounts there are claw backs with the client hence it affects are
net margins. With hourly rates Affiliates are paid monthly 100% upfront
