Under a Title 15 PIA, SOFWERX brings together SOCOM, other government agencies, industry partners, academics, and hackers to accelerate delivery of innovative capabilities through collaboration and innovation. SOFWERX facilitates capability development through exploration, experimentation and assessment of promising technologies. It uses a flexible, non-traditional approach and reduced barriers to access a network of over 40,000 potential partners to help solve warfighter problems.
