Turnkey
HoffeCo was founded with a philosophy of the integral
management of all aspects of hypermarket projects,
ranging from procurement management and coordination
of execution to the installation of their various components.
Turnkey Interactive and dinamic work
We are an external procurement department with a single
interlocutor who is part of the team throughout the project.
Our objective is to optimise time and cost, thanks to an
interactive and dynamic working system.
Flexibility
If the client facilitates the interior design project, we will
execute it. If they do not, our technical team or staff will
develop it.

HoffeCo’s policy is to revitalise the project in order
to minimise unnecessary costs. To do this, in this
first phase all technical specifications will be
inspected with the client to ensure their correct
execution. The objective is to detect problems,
define responsibilities, develop a realistic work
plan and find the suppliers that best meet the
needs of the project and the initial budget.

HoffeCo handles negotiations with
suppliers and generates procurement
orders based on the budget approved
beforehand by the client, in
accordance with the specifications of
the decoration project.

HoffeCo will work directly with the
accounts department of the client to
set dates for payment and minimise
deposits. Each month, a cash flow
report will be submitted so that the
client can take payments to be made
during this period into account.

HoffeCo will follow up on delivery dates
for materials in coordination with the
client and their technical team on site.
In turn, it will coordinate the installation
of materials and fittings purchased,
which, depending on each
manufacturer, will be installed with
personnel of the vendor or client.
