1. I am writing to apply for the post laying vacant in your organization, working with well
reputed organization is important for me, that is why I have developed my career through a
diverse range of National organizations in different positions, Recently I have been working with
the BISP AF in District Rawalpindi and voluntarily working with ISD Welfare as a training
officer in the schools. I have organized a social harmony seminar with the collaboration of
Karlidas and Kursheed foundation Rawalpindi in church I am an organizer host and also
representative of my community.I have been working with the GPP in research and development
program where I also worked in peace and interfaith harmony here I also working on peace art

on emotional health, gender & violence against women and children. In this job I have been
personally sensitized about the different specific needs and rights of women and children along
with other duties of the job like liaison with the different TV channel’s and their staff for their
trainings of “Gender sanitation and media”, report writing, documentation of the project
activities and organizing Seminars on children and women’s rights. Especially I have worked
with the zest programmed that worked with the emotional health, gender & violence against
women and children. Learned counseling and their techniques. Conducting seminar on the rights
and awareness of the Nikah Nama with the Rozan staff. Also Research with Rozan staff at
women's center and worked their needs’ have learned capacity building, proposal writing,
documentation, field supervision, community mobilization/training sessions and report writing,

taken my degree in “Sociology” that is purely research based study of the attitude and behavior
of human beings, which ever help me to work for the benefits of humanity. One year experience
