A Web base Venue booking management system provides the searching facilities based various
factor. Web base Venue booking management systems are going to develop web portal for searching wedding
halls. This web portable is use to check the availability of wedding hence we need not go and visit the place.
The user should have wasted his / her time and the money to search for hall. Information of individual’s
Venue is stored in database. New owner of Venue can insert his details in web portal. As he becomes member
of web portal he can edit his information and update date of booking. The main objective of the Venue
booking management system is to manage the details, of payment, booking customers and hall. It manages all
the information about venue & customer details . The project is totally built at administrative end and thus
only the administrator is the manual work for managing the payment, Booking Dates, inventory, booking. It
tracks all the details about the Booking Customers Hall. Provides the searching facilities based on various
factors. Such as Payment, Booking, Customers, Hall. Manage the information of Booking Dates. Keywords:

6. EXISTING SYSTEM

As In Existing system is having manual booking system, they are facing some problems issuing
booking requests of customers. All the necessary booking stuffs are being done in hard copy .So it become
much difficult for staffs to keep the records updated all the time. As for example ,if the customers need to
change the check in date it become difficult for them to find out the customers booking details for updating
as there are so many customers booking records. Again ,regarding current system customers cannot give
feedback online and also staff cannot reply to them promptly.Besides tourists from other South East Asian
counties need to call directly for booking purposes. So they cannot get the chance to view their Venue rooms
or Party Halls before they make book.

In This project scope is similar to other online applications, Here every human are comfortable with
online services better than offline Purchasing and selling products and services. Online Booking is just like a
booking venue by speaking to owners that we do by going to the venue directly . Online booking has made
booking painless and added more fun. Online application offer product description, pictures, comparisons,
price and much more. Few examples of these are Shaddi.com, venuebook.com, eventz.com and the benefits
of online booking is that by having direct access to consumer.

Methodology is the key to succeeding in finishing a project within time and being able to satisfy the user’s
requirements. It is also a description of the selected approach that will be used when developing the project.
Every step in the selected methodology will be used.
• In this system we can use any methodology which should be easy and faster implemention.

The system is having some benefits for customers too. In home
page customers can put their details for booking any dream venue and
admin can easily know customer requirements and follow-up with their
requirement and communicate with them for more requirements and
book the order through online.This application is platform
independence where user can book there venue from any platform like
(Android / Windows). Once Booking has been done Customer service
executives co-ordinate with users for analysing more requirements and
finalize booking.This application has no hidden charges for the users ,
This system will give the customers a better user friendly environment
to book online.
