or issue of interest is effects of missing a treatment. Comparison of interest would be those
patients who are compliant and make it to almost every treatment and those who routinely
miss or shorten their treatment times. Outcome expected would be decline in health and
increase in comorbidities. Time to achieve outcome is unable to be determined at this time.
I used the database MEDLINE and CINAHL Plus with the search terms of dialysis, kidney
disease, missed treatments, acute renal failure and chronic kidney disease. When searched
