Dear Sir,
I am a inhabitant of Middle Class of Province KPK and being Pakistani I have a right to
exercise my right of opinion. Although it was shown every day on Pakistan Television Channals
that if you want to grow then you will have to believe in “Alaf “ & “Bay” in fact it is correct
but it is not possible that one give advice to others but did not practically apply the same
advice at himself. That you himself not work practically and without any Natural linkage or
connection you hope for righteousness. As the Decades old names of N.W.F.P (Province) &
District KALA DHAKA has been changed into Province Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Disatrict
TOORGHAR respectively which are Naturally very dangerous according to the Words (HROOF),
because the words (Haroof) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Toorghar are Naturally not
compare/match with the other three Provinces due to which in all the country (Pakistan)
Terrorism, Law & order situation is being created. Beside this effectiveness of the weather,
Flood, Poverty, raising of prices, Load shedding and other Natural Disasters are destroying the
country badly, because every name Naturally have a goodness and badness in its and there is
no power of its own because the structure could change but the name could not change.
When any new word attach with any name, the whole benefits of the previous name be
changed and also the old relationship broken up and the new relationship be created, and it is
possible only if the Natural match be possible. (Pigeon match with pigeon and the Eagle
match with Eagle. It is not possible that the Pigeon match with Eagle). Without any experience
the cold drink is being given to the public and the experience is being tested at the public ,
Although the experience should be made firstly at your own, so it is requested that kindly be
honest and the word” NEW” firstly use with your own name. As it was being said that we will
made NEW PAKISTAN, then he needed to use the NEW WORD by their own legally and then
after 10 months give NEW PAKISTAN to the public. As the SHERPAO Sahib has stated that;
PERVEZ KHATTAK, firstly need to make his own Province then he should try to make NEW
PAKISTAN. The Sherpao’s statement is quite correct because the quality/worth of a one name
could not be assemble into other name, it is a Natural Process and no one have the power to
change it by himself. When one name broken then other name generates, for example; you
could not get the benefits of Truck from the Bus, for taking the benefits of Truck you need
convert the body of Bus into the body of Truck by smashing the Bus. As it is the Shoes, House
and Vehicle could be the new and old one but the names could not be the new and old. So, it
is comprehensible fact because due to the change of name all the previous benefits of the
name will automatically be changed, you will got the fresh benefits only if the
words(HAROOF) will Naturally match with each other, otherwise you will not get a single
benefit from the new name, because the love could not be created it creates by nature. As it
is an Accident could not be created but it becomes suddenly without any arrangement, one

could not bring the decease by himself it comes suddenly because these all things are related
with the Natural matching and differences of the words. As we are Muslims and we believe in
the WORDS OF QURAN respectively and it will be stable upto the day of Judgment, if any
single word of QURAN become change or you will put it behind or front instead of its real
position then beside the changing of its meaning the quality/superiority of the word will also
become change, because the every word have its own meaning and value at their natural
place. But here, without any consultation, thinking and without any linkage the whole name
of the Province has been changed due to which the whole country has become under the
crises. For example: a man have a four son and if you will change the name of one son legally
then it will put effect only at the son but if you will change the name of the father legally then
Naturally the whole family will come under the crises and their Natural connection will be
finished, it is not in the control of anyone but its all is in the hand/control of ALLAH and it is a
Natural matter. Any name whose word match with each others, has a ability to save itself
Naturally and it protect itself, it does not matter that the name belong to human being or
immovable things, every name does not allow the opposite thing into it, as the two real
friends will go at a mission they will back successful but if the two opponent person will go for
any mission they will obviously back with raw handed because they have no Natural
resembles with each other. But herein the 150 hundred years old name of Province, from our
four fathers, has been changed without any reason or understanding and no preference has
been given to the words and the words be considered as a meaningless thing. As the
Electricity/Power supply crises, the reason behind it is that “NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF
INVENTION” as the power supply is naturally generated in NWFP (KPK) so the power supply,
because of word’s resembles have a friendship with NWFP which could not be gathered with
the name of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa. I say with my entire believe that if the power supply of
the already prepared Dams, upto ten months maintains its achievement without loss then I
am ready for whatever punishment be given to me because now (after changing the name of
NWFP) you can import power supply but could not generate it in the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa
it’s a natural fact because if will choose District Mansehra for our residence then we could not
get the benefits of District Abbottabad, it is impossible because whatever name you will use,
you will get the benefits of that name only, it is a Natural and universal truth. As it is the
friendship of the name of NWFP is with the other three Provinces that are: Punjab, Sindh and
Balochistan on which the country of Pakistan exists. Now the basic reason for the present
situation of uncertainty and crises in the country is that the name of NWFP (Suba Sarhad) has
been changed due to which the superiority of the words has also been changed due to which
the earlier Natural resembles of the four pillars of the country has been finished. If my
opinion, after legal experience becomes incorrect then I am here to face the every
punishment.
So it is requested that the names of NWFP and KALA-DHAKA be restored into their
previous original names so that the Terrorism, power supply crises and other problems may
be ended from the country, because whatever law when formulated, it formulates with the
name and naturally the same name has a superiority and benefits in it, it is a universal/natural
truth and no one have a power to change it by its own, as it is, if you will make a law for
“ALAF” it could not be implemented at “BAY” So, the laws, which has been formulated for the
NWFP has become ineffective after changing the name of Province and now naturally and
according to the words superiority that laws may not be included in with the name of Khyber
Pakhtunkhawa and due to this all the law & order situation and terrorism has been spread

throughout the country, because it is a natural fact and it is not in the control of any one.
There is no matter of Pushto or Arabic it is the matter of natural relationship, if you are
connected with the Pushto then it is a Pushto one may not call him Arabic and if you are
connected with the Arabic then it is a Arabic it may not become a Pushto, it is the matter of
natural connection only, because the structures may be finished but the names may not be
finished at all because only due to the name all the qualities exists in it. It is the God gifted
system. No daughter could holds the qualities of the Mother as it is no mother could holds
the qualities of the daughter although both are the females but their qualities are different, as
the five fingers of the both hands are not equal, the every name has its own qualities, not a
single name or a word exist to which we could include the qualities by our own, it’s all is in the
hand of ALLAH.
New name KPK is not yet completed it is near to completion so it is valuable
time for us, when it become completed then it will take a long time to control the situation it
is a natural truth because when someone starts the new work he gets experience and
becomes skillful by the passage of time as it is the name of KPK is near to its completion
and after its completion it will do a huge loss for the whole country. As the flood of July, 2014,
due to which the whole Chitral District has been destroyed and you know better that this type
of flood has never been seen in the past history of the country and it is only our own mistake
that we have changed the name of NWFP into KPK without any reason. So as the old name be
restored the situation will be better day by day and within the 10 months or one year the
peaceful situation will be restored automatically. If anyone have a doubt at my opinion then
he may get a experience through changing the name of running business by legal process
within the 10 months the natural effects of the words (Haroof) will be clearly seen by you and
then you will say astonishly that I have changed the name for getting profit but I received loss
throughout, what is this? If my opinion becomes wrong then I am ready for getting
punishment but only at the condition that you will change the name of your running business
through a legal process, because it is the matter of words whatever word you do not like you
may try to attach it with your running business you will get the result within the ten months
period. No name can get a goodness or badness by its birth, for getting its need a long time
(Umar-e-Nooh) for getting a goodness or badness, as long as your life will be, you will got as
much experiences and without hurdles and hard work no one may got the experience. But
here, the case(of KPK) is different, because as the KPK (Grandson) takes its birth all the
qualities of the NWFP (Grandfather’s) are being tried to included into it which is impossible
and very astonishing. The second matter is of the name, when someone discovers a new place
he give it a new name and in this process you may not implement your own will, you will
have to use the natural opinion, because the new name only be created by a special, specific
or astonishing thing which exists in that area because that name is naturally connected
already with that place or area and no name, naturally allows to a opposite factor or name in
it, as we do not like to make friendship with our opponent or enemy, similarly any name, it
does not matter that the name belongs to a living or lifeless things, naturally not makes
friendship with its opposite name. As the 150 years old name of NWFP has been converted
into the KPK , so all the negative aspect of the opposite name are showing its effects. The
second thing is , that Villages makes the city, cities makes the Tehsil, and Tehsils makes the
District and then from the Districts creates the country, as a complete Province of the country
Pakistan has been changed, the whole country have become under its influence and the
Natural friendship of the other provinces of Pakistan with NWFP has obviously finished and

the natural balance of the whole country has been disturbed due to which the present crises
are coming up. There is need to give priority to the name not to the structure because one
can change the structures (give it large or small shape) but one may never change the natural
qualities of the names. So due to the conversion of the name of NWFP, without any
experience the whole history of the Province has been changed.
NOTE: When you will not accept the name by yourself, the effects of that name will not be
open to you, when you will touch anything, then the effects of that thing will be open to you,
so I request that uptill the conversion of the name of NWFP will not be done through a legal
process, you will never got the positive effects and the present crises will not be finished. So, I
again request to you that kindly try your best to RESTORE the name of NWFP, and pray for the
betterment of the country (Pakistan) in every political gathering by uttering its name in the
pay and beside this pray for all the four Provinces of Pakistan by uttering their names, NWFP,
PUNJAB, SINDH, BALOCHISTAN, because the Pakistan exists naturally at all these four pillars
and these four pillars are connected with our four father’s by centuries ago. You could assess
that the loss, what we are facing today after changing the name of NWFP, we never faced
before because after the change of name the friendship, equality, brotherhood and Natural
balance of the four Provinces has been finished. Furthermore, that only the Pray could not
change the present unusual situation, you need to pray by uttering the names of provinces
one by one, because all the Natural System running with the words (HAROOF) of names and
the name is a identity which never die. You made the amendment on 16.10.2009 and country
faced the first flood in Sep,2014, beside this a huge loss of valuable lives of the human being
has been occurred through Terrorism in the last ¾ years and obviously as much loss has
never been occurred in the past 150 years and that all situation is Naturally connected with
the change of name of NWFP and after the change of name no single year has passed without
huge loss.
So, it is very humbly requested that kindly consider my opinion eagerly and keenly and
if you find anything wrong in my opinion then I am guilty because the GOD says in the Holy
Quran “ that if you find 5 mans going to die one side and the other side, there is a time of
prayer, you should try to save the lives first (if you have a solution) and then perform pray
because the GOD may forgive the His rights but may not forgive the rights of the human
being” as the GOD loves with its creation 70 times more than a mother. So, whoever have
a power, he should prove the Honesty and it will be better (Sadqa Jaria) for him.
Brief and last conclusion of the whole contexts are that, all the crises and Terrorism
from the country will not be finished until the name of NWFP will not be changed because it
is the Natural matter and connected with the words (Haroof) which may never be changed.
Be remember that without restoring the previous name of NWFP no other option is available
at this time for a peaceful Pakistan, because the qualities of the Jeweler’s shop may never
gathered in the Hotel as the Jeweler’s has his own system and the Hotel has its own system.
