Haven’t you wished that you had a business acquaintance who knew about picture framing and not just about
business? Someone you could talk to about the day-to-day ups and downs of your frame shop? Someone
who would have experience in those specific areas? Someone who could serve as a mentor?
Prestige Framing Academy’s Coaching and Mentoring program provides just that relationship with help and
technical advice specifically tailored for you. This program is based on your needs as mutually decided. On
a regular basis we are looking at the key performance indicators that monitor your business — things like
average price per frame sold and cost of goods sold. While
we look at numbers we also look at the big picture: where
your business is headed and where it should be headed. Have
you set a goal that seems elusive? We’ll help steer you on the
right course.
How do we do this? We get down to the nitty gritty. Using
reports that show us key performance indicators we stay on
top of your operations on an ongoing basis. Our advice is
typically delivered via telephone and email on an average of
once every two weeks. Sometimes, however, we find that is
not enough and we talk more frequently. We also maintain
a high profile at industry events such as trade shows and
seminars where we always set aside time for our clients.
In addition we have an annual Roundtable event where all of
our clients come together for education and networking. This
has proved to be an invaluable opportunity to hear candidly
from your fellow framers about both successes and failures in a non-competitive environment.
We also frequently negotiate better pricing on equipment than you might otherwise find as a result of our
buying recommendations for a large group and are happy to pass those savings on to you. Our contact list
and address book are open to help you whenever needed.
Coaching and Mentoring was originally suggested by one of our clients for whom we helped open a new shop.
They appreciated our advice and asked us to find a way to continue that relationship. For less than the cost of
a box of glass per week, you, too, can take advantage of years of framing and business experience.
