Open Innovation: Yara wants
to contribute to the evolution of
the ecosystem.
Acceleration Programs: just
like the one we developed last
year, are the more recent
examples of it.
Start-ups: Yara has
approached several of them in
the last years.
Objective: to contribute with its
knowledge to their evolution.
2016: We have started with
some proofs of concept and
small projects.
Learning: We should not make the
start-up adapt to what we want,
but, the opposite.
Result: Once we learned it, the
interaction became easier and
more effective.

Long Range Network: It´s a new
technology that is able to bring
connectivity to more distant areas.
Cubesats: another trend that work
with great precision. They are
satellites with shoebox sizes,
which are being developed and
have been launched gradually, to
increase the accuracy of the
images and decrease prices.
They are experience revolutions
and not technological.
Challenges: connectivity and
sensor pricing are major topics
that are being discussed.
