Steven Darien
A human resources and employees expert with vast experience in business strategy, Steven
Darien has in-depth experience that spans more than three decades. During the course of his
career, he has been instrumental in helping companies achieve their corporate targets.
Currently, he guides The Cabot Advisory Group as chairman and chief executive officer.
Steven Darien maintains membership with several organizations, including the Society for
Human Resource Management.
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) brings together HR and business
executives and ensures both employers and their employees operate in conducive
workplaces where they can thrive. SHRM is a thought leader on all matters affecting today’s
workplaces. It is engaged in various advocacy campaigns, including voicing support for
legislation aimed at promoting workplace equality. SHRM supports public policies to
safeguard against workforce discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual
orientation. Embracing positive workplace culture discourages discrimination and
harassment, and advocates for fair pay based on key business factors.
SHRM supports a vibrant workplace culture by urging employers to take the lead in
creating a positive environment. Organizations need to put in place strong anti-
discrimination and anti-harassment policies. In addition, SHRM promotes transparency
in the work environment by encouraging employers to have open discussions with
their employees about how pay decisions are arrived at. Finally, SHRM believes in
public policies that support pay audits in order to encourage employers to conduct self-
evaluations about pay and address any compensation disparities.

During the course of his career, he has been instrumental in helping companies achieve their corporate targets. Currently, he guides The Cabot Advisory Group as chairman and chief executive officer. Steven Darien maintains membership with several organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) brings together HR and business executives and ensures both employers and their employees operate in conducive workplaces where they can thrive. SHRM is a thought leader on all matters affecting today’s workplaces. It is engaged in various advocacy campaigns, including voicing support for legislation aimed at promoting workplace equality. SHRM supports public policies to safeguard against workforce discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation. Embracing positive workplace culture discourages discrimination and harassment, and advocates for fair pay based on key business factors.
