SLR Holdings provides assistance in the area of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Stacy
Repult, principal, has twenty years of experience in acquisition and growth initiatives across a broad
spectrum of industries.
At Sammons Corporation, Stacy led due diligence and valuation analysis efforts, supporting more than
$250 million of investment capital across nine portfolio companies and substantial add-on acquisitions for
Sammons’ subsidiaries. Stacy also identified target companies for equity investment and conducted
initial reviews and investment return assessments. Stacy oversaw certain portfolio investments directly,
working with management teams and participating at the board level to drive performance improvement.
Prior to Sammons, Stacy spent more than ten years in international finance roles, driving profitable
expansion into new markets throughout Europe, the Pacific Rim and South America. As head of
International Finance at FedEx Kinko’s, Stacy created real estate review tools and benchmark processes
that enabled a tight pipeline discipline, aggressive growth of retail store openings, and achieved less than
one year break-even levels and positive returns on investment. Through Stacy’s leadership, international
operations improved accuracy and speed in monthly reporting and forecasting capabilities and all foreign
subsidiaries upheld FedEx’s high standards of reporting.
At Cinemark International, Stacy led the international finance and accounting team and managed debt and
equity financing throughout Latin America. As Cinemark entered into new foreign markets, Stacy was
responsible for all start-up finance and accounting activities for Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Central
America and Colombia. Stacy managed the development of five year strategic plans and led the
budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with the local management teams and reporting to the
private equity ownership.
During her two years in Strategic Planning at Fujitsu-ICL Retail Systems, Stacy worked as part of a
Deloitte consulting project to develop shareholder value and discipline through EVA analyses. Upon
completion of this project, Stacy trained the European managers to drive value through appropriate
operating metrics.
Stacy is a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career at Price Waterhouse in the M&A Tax
practice. Stacy earned an MBA in International Business at Exeter University in England on a full Rotary
Scholarship, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Baylor University Business School with a double
major in Accounting and Finance.
Stacy consults with small to mid-market companies with revenues of $25 - $500 million. Her consulting
practice is focused on two areas: a) financial best practices, including processes, forecasting and key
metrics benchmarking, and b) successful acquisitions, by providing assistance with comprehensive due
diligence, financial valuation and post-transaction integration.
